From here I go into competing against your peers which is the very first introduction into how your confidence is affected. From here we go into the continuation after school when we will be running. But since most people won't be in competition, then we will be lone running. I will be giving you information for footwear and places to run. Als, the benefits to running are both mental and health which I will cover in this episode. Lastly I'll give you the fuel you need in order to run; fuel meaning food and liquids for hydration.
