This episode is regarding how and why you should meal prep.  I first discussed what is a meal prep program.  Now, you have three meals per day you can eat which is during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also go into snacking on foods and how there are actually healthy ways to snack on foods. There are various programs which I have stated that will aid you in your journey and also some programs that I didn't describe in depth.  And I finally ended the episode with the continued usage of the programs you choose.
